Tim Jost on CNBC

As the debate over health care continues to heat up this summer, Timothy Jost, the Robert L. Willett Family Professor of Law and Ethan Allen Faculty Fellow at the Washington and Lee School of Law, has been an active participant. As we noted here earlier, Jost is now a regular contributor to the Arena blog on Politico. Then, yesterday, he was quoted in a front page story in the New York Times on health co-ops and then did a live shot on CNBC’s Closing Bell program with Maria Bartiromo, debating Dennis Smith of the Heritage Foundation.
